Application Procedure

The US grants F1 student visas for terms of three to five years. Following the completion of their MS (Master of Science), students are eligible for 29 months of full-time employment through Optional Practical Training (OPT). The student can now work while on a study visa thanks to this. However, a student may apply for an H1B visa, which is a work visa, either during or after their OPT program is over. After that, they may apply for a Green Card, which is a legal permanent residency.

Professionals with seven to eight years of post-graduation job experience may also apply for a student visa. Professionals are eligible to apply for study visas in order to pursue an MBA, PhD, or any other master's degree. If accepted, they will be granted OPT for a maximum of 29 months. Professionals may also be eligible for an H1B visa during or after OPT, which will enable them to apply for a Green Card.
