A certificate of employment from your employer, on the business letterhead of the company, attesting to your permanent employment status and remuneration. one or two copies of recent paystubs. If you own a Visa copies of your I-94, H1 approval document (I-797), and visa (H1/L1). (Photocopy of the renewed petition if the visa has expired but the petition has been renewed.)
